Redox Systems Under Nano-Space Control region of 203 ± 4 MPa. The slightly lower bond strength is caused by the planar bond interface (solid state) or the coarse grained interfacial region (liquid phase). Joint strengths were however greater than those previously reported for 8090 alloy and about a factor 7 greater than those for adhesive bonded joints.
