Functional Analysis of the Antimitogenic Activity of Tumor Suppressorssion. One is based on BrdU incorporation (i.e., DNA replication) and the other on flow cytometry. Together, this triad of techniques is sufficient to determine the action of tumor suppressors and other antiproliferative agents.
