A Slightly Diffusive Contour Dynamicsution, where the jumps between contigous levels are expressed as functions of time. From an integral form of the Helmholtz equation the time derivative of these functions are defined by writing the balances for each region of constant vorticity via a suitable approximation of the exchanged vorticity
