Application of the Output Error System Identification Method to the Calibration of Underwater Acoustnt signals to predict rational transfer functions for transducers under free-field conditions. The parametric models used can be seen as either phenomenological models, or as low-frequency approximations to transducer behavior when the device dimensions are small compared to a wavelength.
