Derivation of Vertical Wind and Turbulence Profiles, the Mixing-Layer Height, and the Vertical Turbuhe mixing layer height derived from combined sodar and ceilometer measurements is shown. Vertical profiles of the turbulent viscosity (or vertical turbulent exchange coefficient) are analysed from sodar data. All these data can serve in the evaluation and verification of results from regional numerical weather prediction and climate models.
