CESE Schemes with Numerical Dissipation,Taylor expansion at point (.) toward the inverse time direction. As a result, the . scheme is reversible. This violates the second law of thermodynamics. Thus, the non-dissipative core suffers from the unphysical oscillations for practical applications.
