Robot Programming Using a High-Level Language and CAD Facilities,rograms on a graphic display, for “emulating” sensors during this execution, and for interactively guiding the robot on the display during programming by showing phases. Our proposal is illustrated by a system developped at the LIFIA/IMAG laboratory, using the LM robot programming language designed and implemented by our group.

Robot Languages in the Eighties,e second approach, as indicated by the choices of European robot manufacturers. Anyway the expression of actions taken by different intelligent agents, as robots can be defined in the future, will require absolutely new linguistic media. We hope that robot programming in the eighties can develop experiences useful for the assessment in the field.
