Algorithmic Context Revision, in all of the above, we have not looked into (or attempted to modify) the particular characteristics of the logic . used for the reasoning, apart from the obvious considerations on consistency of the database itself.

Revision by Translation,a major role in the whole process, and this has two major consequences: firstly, a ‘proper’ revision is only triggered when the new belief is inconsistent with the previous belief set; and secondly, the postulates cannot be applied directly to non-classical logics.
