Regulation of Haemoglobin Synthesis,ounts. It seems that this coordination of the equivalent haem and globin chain production takes place in the cytoplasm and is not under genetic control because haem and globin syntheses are also coordinated in reticulocytes where no DNA and RNA arc formed.
