Observations on Method and Content,Many of the results here and in . may be regarded as contributions to the theory of Finsler spaces. However, few of them are found in the literature based on the standard methods. This work stresses the analogies to the Riemannian case whereas we believe that the attention should be focused on the new phenomena. We will briefly discuss this point.
