New developments in the production of high modulus and high strength flexible polymers,composites and 100% polyethylene fibres composites is summarised. A die drawing process has been developed for the production of oriented rod, sheet and tube, including biaxially oriented tube. This process is applicable to polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinylchloride, polyester and other polymers.

Synthesis, characterization and relaxation of highly organized side-chain liquid crystalline polymeucture of the oriented polymers, and the dielectric relaxation are the presented topics.
