Phenomenological Science,cular underdetermination, theory-ladenness of observation and confirmational holism, turn out to be relevant mainly for theoretical science rather than for phenomenological science. Given that data science is a phenomenological approach, these arguments cannot undermine the project of an inductivist data science.
