Ocular Rigidity and Intraocular Pressure, is at the moment no definitive supporting evidence at the moment based on data from living human eyes that the rigidity coefficient K is influenced by IOP. In addition, ocular pulse amplitude and pulsatile ocular blood flow are affected by the level of IOP.

Ocular Rigidity and Glaucoma,ecent developments in the field, including that of a non-invasive and direct OR measurement technique in living human eyes will help elucidate the involvement of OR both in early and later stages of glaucoma by facilitating large scale and longitudinal studies.
