Numerical Studies of Torus Bifurcations,The normal form equations for the interactions of a Hopf bifurcation and a hysteresis bifurcation of stationary states can give rise to an axisym-metric attracting invariant torus. NonaxiSymmetrie perturbations are found to produce phase locking, period doubling, bistability, and a family of str?nge attractors.
