Improved Y-123 Materials by Chemical Substitutions,eversibility fields were found for (Nd.La.)123 and YBaSrCu.MO.O. compounds. The existence of these materials indicates that it is possible to further enhance superconducting properties of YBa.Cu.O. materials by clever design of the crystal chemistry.

Strong Correlations and Electron-Phonon Interaction in Superconductors,tions in the superconducting state have been observed. The important issue in this context has been the symmetry of the order parameter, the origin of the pseudogap in the underdoped materials, and the operating mechanism of superconductivity.

Angular Dependence of Flux Pinning in High-,, Superconductor Thin Films and Superconductor-Ferromagand Bi.Sr.CaCu.O. single crystals. We discuss the influence of the presence of Nd.Sr.MnO. sublayers in YBa.Cu.O./Nd.Sr.MnO. superlattices on the critical temperature, flux pinning, and the critical field for the first vortex penetration.
