Design of Current-Mode CNTFET Transceiver for Bundled Carbon Nanotube Interconnect,es current-mode signal transmission between devices and interconnects in on-chip. In proposed transceiver, the transmitter architecture drives the interconnect with less load, and the receiver section offers low impedance channel termination which results speedy operation with low power dissipation.
