Design, Analysis, and Development of a Piezoelectric Microsyringe Pump,ddition, a prototype pump is fabricated by using a piezoelectric actuator. A PID position feedback controller is implemented, and experimental investigations are carried out for performance test of the precision pump with the help of a microscope.

Design and Implementation of a Force-Sensing MEMS Microgripper, MEMS gripper is fabricated by SOIMUMPs process. The performance of the designed gripper is verified by conducting finite element analysis (FEA) simulation and experimental studies. Moreover, the demonstration of bio-cellulose gripping confirms the feasibility of the developed gripper device.
