Three-Dimensional Reconstruction of Temporal Bone,one from micro-CT data can show the excellent micro-architecture and their spatial relationships. Except the special annotation, all the Three-dimension images were reconstructed from the left temporal bone in this chapter.

Two-Dimensional Reconstruction of Temporal Bone on Coronal View,cochlea, and incudomalleolar articulation (Virapongse et al. 1982), but the following structures, such as the Eustachian tube (particularly when the petrous bone well aerated), the anterior and posterior walls of tympanum, the anterior and posterior walls of external and internal auditory canal, and so on, are difficult to be shown on one section.

Book 2021mporal bone were reconstructed via micro-CT scanning. Last chapter discusses differences between micro-CT and high resolution CT scan of temporal bone. This atlas is a valuable reference for otolaryngology & head and neck surgeons, radiologists, and related researchers.
