Motion of Bubble,e in stationary water and the other is the bubble released in horizontal water flow. Experimental techniques, in conjunction with developed image-processing code, are used. Geometric and motion quantities of bubble are adopted to describe the bubble characteristics.

Drag-Type Hydraulic Rotor,th particle image velocimetry technique and the wake flow is particularly emphasized. At various rotor setting angles and upstream velocity magnitudes, velocity and vorticity distributions in the wake flows are depicted and compared.
