Longitudinal Changes in White Matter Fractional Anisotropy in Adult-Onset Niemann-Pick Disease Types. Treated patients were found to have a significantly slower rate of white matter change in the corticospinal tracts, the thalamic radiation and the inferior longitudinal fasciculus.
