Histologic Examination and Ancillary Studies in Lymph Node Pathology,etry can measure the number and percentage of normal and abnormal lymphoid cells using multiple antibodies that bind to surface and cytoplasmic antigens. Karyotyping is a useful ancillary technique in lymph node pathology, since many lymphomas show characteristic/recurring genetic abnormalities. FIS
