Conclusion: China Has Indisputable Sovereignty and Sovereign Rights Over the Nansha Islands and ItsFrom above analysis, it can be concluded that China’s sovereignty over the Nansha Islands has sufficient legal basis.

Introduction,east longitude. Of the four archipelagos in South China Sea, the Nansha Islands is a group of Coral islands whose islands are most widely distributed with the largest number of reefs and neighboring countries. And it is also the farthest sea areas where ancient Chinese fishermen fished and worked.
