Retroviral Insertional Mutagenesis in Mouse Models of Leukemia and Lymphoma,been paid to the replication competent MLV that typically cause cancer after a long latency and via insertional mutagenesis. This is followed by a discussion of the limitations of these models and suggestions for future work.
