A Complexity Theory Approach to Information,Complexity theory is an umbrella name for several theories that deal with systems that are open, complex and in far from equilibrium condition. Such systems it was found tend to achieve their order by means of self-organization in a bottom up manner and to exhibit phenomena such as chaos and fractal structure.
