Conclusion,The starting point of this work was to find out how informal employee networks can contribute positively to the implementation of organizational change. I assessed this question by conducting semi-structured interviews with 13 employees working in climate-change-related positions at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit.
