Robust Output Feedback Controllability via Synchronous Controller Switching,A fundamental concept in linear systems theory is that of controllability. This concept was introduced by Kalman [56] and plays an important role in the design of controllers. A linear system without uncertainty is said to be controllable if there exists a control input that steers a given initial state to the origin in a specified time.
