On the Identification of the Parameters of Groundwater Mass Transportterogeneities and the identification of natural flow direction from multiwell tests. It is concluded that the unicity of the set of identified parameters depends essentially on the selection of an appropriate schematization.

Comparison of Fast Equation Solvers for Groundwater Flow ProblemsPCG-method is compared with direct equation solvers applied in an areal model. Secondly, the 2-dimensional dam problem is investigated on a uniform mesh where, in addition, a multi-grid method is applied. Results show the superiority of the PCG- and multi-grid methods.

Skin Problems of the Napkin Areaifers. In the paper the velocity distribution in the brackish zone under steady conditions is studied with a boundary layer analysis. The analysis also gives an expression for the total amount of salt flowing into the brackish zone.
