Soziale Sicherung und Wirtschaftskraftform SARS-CoV virus-like particles (VLPs) within an insect cell. Expression of viral proteins was confirmed by Western blot analysis and the formation of VLPs was studied by transmission electron microscopy.

This chapter provides an overview of some of the different ways in which viruses proteins are glycosylated, and highlights some of the generic techniques by which they can be examined.
