The Development of Metalinguistic Abilitynomic efficiency of measures to realize it. ES and IEE measures are classified. A methodology is proposed for assessing the impact of technological and organizational factors on energy production indicators, which allows their justified inclusion in the reserve for saving energy resources.

Estimation of the Power Saving Potential and Economic Efficiency of Its Implementation,main subject of consideration in this monograph with an emphasis on industrial enterprises. It is shown that not in all cases the amount of savings obtained as a result of the implementation of measures on ES and IEE exceeds the funds invested in them.

Analysis of Energy Indicators,llow for a comprehensive analysis of these indicators. In light of this, the monograph provides a detailed description of the methodology for analyzing energy indicators based on decomposition, as proposed by the authors of the monograph. This complex task is resolved in a simpler manner by dividing the analyzed parameters into several subsystems.
