Antiterrorism in Western Europeumatic identities in terms of relevant self-processes, including negotiating affective meaning. In doing so, it explores the socially negotiated processes of adopting, transitioning between, and shedding roles as one enters and exits the ‘extreme’ social situation of false conviction and imprisonment.
