Ongoing research aims at developing a reproducible noninvasive methodology capable of quantitatively assessing alterations in global and regional cardiac function during spontaneous events of myocardial ischemia and its treatment.

History of Echocardiography,roduction of echocardiography by Edler and Hertz [9] from the University of Lund in Sweden, to speak of the “History of Echocardiography”. Even with a conservative assessment at least 10% of all publications in cardiology today are concerned with echocardiography.

Noninvasive Pulsed Doppler Diagnosis of Mitral Regurgitation Quantification of Mitral Stenosis,Doppler and other investigation techniques have been reported [3, 4] and therefore the accuracy of the method has still to be evaluated. This was studied by comparing the Doppler data and the hemodynamic results in the diagnosis of mitral insufficiency and in the quantification of mitral stenoses.

Left Ventricular Wall Motion During Pre-excitation and Normal Conduction in WPW-Syndrome,attempt to correlate abnormal ventricular excitation with specific contraction patterns, i. e. contraction sequences of the left ventricle, has yielded conflicting data and remained, up to now, without conclusive results [2–6].
