Levels of Reflectivity: Conditions and Strategies for Supporting Reflectivity in Healthcare and Socon. From the results, we propose a model of interacting structural conditions and levels of reflectivity. In the second study, all key results of the complex research were discussed with managers in focus groups. Realistic strategies and priority approaches to enhance reflectivity at the workplace were derived from these discussions.
