Mereschkowsky, Founder of Endosymbiotic Hypothesis that proposed the endosymbiotic hypothesis in a clearly defined form. He is sometimes described as an eccentric man, but his talent invented an original hypothesis, which is still echoing in the current theory of endosymbiosis in an interesting manner.
