Negative Acts and Bullying: Face-Threatening Acts, Social Bonds and Social Placecreamed at, ignored, threatened with sacking, maliciously teased, repeatedly criticized for one’s work, subjected to excessive surveillance, etc. Individual negative acts as such do not necessarily constitute bullying.
