A Comparative Study of Two Independent Component Analysis Using Reference Signal Methodsserved as. to conduct ICA to converge to the local extreme point related to a desired IC. There are two methods can perform ICA using reference signal, namely ICA with reference (ICA-R) and fast ICA with reference signal (FICAR). In this paper, we present a comparative assessment of the two methods to highlight their respective characteristics.

A Novel Hybrid ACO/SA Approach to Solve Stochastic Dynamic Facility Layout Problem (SDFLP)facility layout problem in which product demands are normally distributed random variables with known probability density function that changes from period to period in a random manner. Finally, the performance of the proposed algorithm is compared with the simulated annealing and another approach using data taken from the literature.
