Honey and Bee Products, detection of the addition of exogenous sugar syrups, honey ripeness, determination of the geographical origin, and verification of entomological origin. Authentication protocols for other bee products, such as propolis, bee pollen, beeswax, bee venom, and Royal jelly, employing GC/MS techniques are also discussed.
