Many-Body Effects in Simple Metals,our. Indeed, calculations of many-body effects have only been performed for either a uniform electron gas or for metals having an almost spherical Fermi surface such as Na. Practically nothing is known at the present time about many-body effects in metals having a complicated electron structure.

Method and Application of Neutron Scattering for the Study of Fluctuations in Condensed Matter,sent-day experiments which have been selected from the main fields of application namely (1) phonon scattering in crystals, (2) scattering on fluctuations in liquids, and (3) scattering on magnetic fluctuations. This means that we restrict ourselves on the investigation of collective phenomena by coherent scattering.
