Design of MIMO EH Servo Systems,Design methods for MIMO systems with Parallel and Serial Kinematics are presented with case studies. An example of a Serial Kinematic 3 DOF Manipulator with Virtual Decomposition Control is tabled. The design employs SMISMO (IM) valves and the energy savings claimed.
