Isotropically Conductive Adhesives (ICAs),operties of an ICA transform it from an insulator to a conductor. Percolation theory has been used to explain the electrical properties of ICA composites. At low filler concentrations, the resistivity of ICAs decreases gradually with increasing filler concentration.
