Bismuth, of bismuth are complex. The species Bi.O. is stable with respect to and Bi.,BiO. BiO., and BiOH.based on the avialable thermodynamic data (Table 11). The oxide Bi.O. occupies much of the Eh-pH field above the sulfide- sulfate boundary, and is replaced by Bi.O. at pH between 5.5 and 6 for activities
