Educational Justice and Religious Schools religious schools do. Once we do that, I suggest, justice not only may require that we choose the lesser harm, but that we come to appreciate the justice-promoting role that many religious schools can play. To simplify matters, I focus my attention on the situation for Muslims in Western societies and examine the case of the Islamic school.
