Preventing Premature Ovulationocyte retrieval, even when stable LH levels were assured throughout the minimal or mild stimulation in women with diminished ovarian reserve and/or advanced reproductive age. We review measures to prevent such premature ovulation or follicle collapse to maximize the mature oocyte yield.
