Algae and Submarine Habitabilityes more and more important with the ever-increasing significance of the submarine in national defense. Studies of several new aspects of submarine habitability are being made; as a small part of the program, the writer has explored the literature to evaluate the possibilities of algae as means of long-term oxygen supply and carbon dioxide removal.
