High Resolution Low Temperature Spectrophotometry of Cytochromes ,am box Dewars to vacuum space Dewar systems have been developed. Use of an on-line computer for the summation of spectra recorded from low temperature specimens has been made to increase resolution and sensitivity of the spectrophotometers.
