Specification for a Wireless LAN Terminal,o understand how organizations learn to spread and institutionalize good ideas about providing primary health care.. This Chapter describes results from a comparative study of ten primary health care innovation sites. Based on in-depth empirical data we show how organizational learning occurred within the sites and across multiple levels.
