Well-Posedness of a Class of Piecewise Affine Systemsrete transition rules, i.e., the mode-based rule and the switch-based rule, are introduced to define the concept of solutions of PWA systems. Next, after several fundamental tools for the well-posedness analysis are given, necessary and/or sufficient conditions for the system to be well-posed are presented.

Robust Stabilization of Chaos via Delayed Feedback Controler, we present a new recursive method for DFC, which enables us to easily design robust DFC. Since this recursive DFC is essentially dynamic feedback, it can overcome the so-called odd number limitation. Hence, it can robustly stabilize almost all unstable fixed points of chaotic systems.
