Skull Base Reconstructiongh reconstruction options vary based on surgical approach, common concepts include collagen inlay, fat graft placement, rigid (permanent or removable) buttress, and early mobilization. Implementation of ERAS principles is helpful to maximize chances of positive outcomes.
