Moral Hazard — Prinzipal-Agent-Modellee of mixed CDD rich in recyclable material is captured, but the recoverable CDD materials require separation from one another and other material that must be disposed of. In any event, very little CDD recycling occurs without the use of some mechanical processing equipment and is often coupled with manual sorting.
