Characterization of Time-of-Flight Data,s high as 20.1% under operating conditions in Freiburg [3]. This was a very promising and encouraging result. In the module, single-junction GaAs solar cells with an efficiency of 24% at 100×AM1.5d were used [2]. The cells were manufactured by a fairly simple LPE process using the etchback regrowth
