At the apex every root can recover information about the represented object in logirhtmic number of processing steps, and thus the adjacency graph can become the foundation for a reulational model of the scene.

A pyramidal stereovision algorithm based on contour chain points,ed at different steps corresponding to the different resolutions. The nature of the primitives allows the algorithm to deal with rich and complex scenes. Goods results are obtained for extremely fast computing time.
